PNG Builders provided tenant improvement of a space for new breast oncology clinic inclusive of drywall, flooring, painting, millwork, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, low voltage, and mechanical work. Our work was scheduled for a six (6) weeks time frame however we completed 95% of the project in three (3) weeks. On the 4th week, the client already mobilized the installation of their furniture and programming requirements.
