Automotive gallery showcasing Peter Mullin’s prolific exotic car collection and fine art gallery, built above an existing parking structure. Classes and business to remain open during construction. This project also includes a new cafe with full kitchen at approximately 2,000 SF, as well as supporting student spaces and a unique street fin wall. Fin walls, weighing approximately 600 lbs each, were meticulously bolted to embeds at precise angels. Vinyl graphics were placed on the fins to read MULLIN from the southern direction and GALLERY from the northern direction.

The site concrete work consists of white color hardener cast-in-place concrete benches with a smooth trowel finish complete with integrated lights in the base of the seat. Natural gray concrete topping slabs with a consistent light sand-textured finish.
