Applying new aquatic techniques to cancer research, PNG is currently building a state-of-the-art Aquatics Research Facility for a prominent Southern California hospital. Using a precisely controlled light and temperature laboratory, the client will conduct cancer research to help advance treatment options. PNG is proud to be a part of the team, leading the demolition and remodel at this facility.

Project Update | Union Rescue Mission
Union Rescue Mission is up and running! Preparation of the building pad for URM’s Angeles House is underway. The new 3-story long-term shelter will provide its residents with dining, recreational facilities, daycare programs, educational courses, a library, a medical clinic as well as administrative offices.
Pre-covid, PNG celebrated URM’s Ground Breaking Ceremony just days before the national stay at home orders rolled out. Due to abundance of caution, the project was put on a temporary hold but is starting right back up where they left off.

Project Completion | Ventana 1st Floor LINAC
Project Reveal // CSMC Ventana – 1st Floor Linear Accelerator Center // PNG recently completed this four-suite/four-story tenant improvement in an existing core and shell building. The first floor comprises of a patient waiting room, receiving/check-in, patient exam rooms, support rooms, and a vault for a Linear Accelerator. The Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator provides precise and effective treatments for a variety of cancers, focusing high energy rays to break down cancer cells in patients, all while sparing healthy cells. #buildingvaluebuildingtrust #buildingpeople #csmc
