Here at the Pacific National Group, we’ve been helping clients meet their construction needs for over 60 years. Founded in 1959, PNG has undergone a great many changes since those early days. We started as a specialty subcontractor. Over the years, we have adapted and grown into a successful general contracting firm, with a diverse portfolio in a competitive field. We added design/build and pre-constructions services in 1996, and in 2010 PNG became a 100% employee-owned company. What started as a few hard-working guys doing a handful of specialty jobs has evolved into a major player in the industry with more business and more sophisticated and technical projects than our founders could have dreamed.

Despite all the changes, we still hold true to the core values on which our company was built: service, quality, integrity, loyalty, and trust. Without these, we could not be where we are today. At PNG, we’re committed to building relationships with our clients, our vendors and each other—we’ve proven that centering relationships is a business plan that works. That’s why many of our clients have been with Pacific National Group for decades.

Over the years, PNG has successfully adapted in times of crisis and economic downturn, and has continued to grow step-by-step over the lifetime of the company. In the whole of our history, Pacific National Group has never gone a year without achieving profitability. That is a consistency on which both our clients and our Employee Owners can rely.
