PNG hosted a Pull Planning Workshop on 11/19 and 11/20 that brought together all the subcontractors for the Nordstrom South Coast Plaza project in a collaborative effort to make workflow more predictable and effective. Working as a team, we created movable weekly look-ahead boards integrating the “Last Planner” system.
