Pacific National Group recently completed a gift shop remodel at Beverly Hospital. The remodel included replacement of the existing HVAC system and improved interior finishes with a new acoustical ceiling system, LED lighting, and custom casework. One of the challenges in this remodel was to relocate an existing waste line that penetrates between floors at the center of the new space. We were able to successfully relocate the existing waste line without disturbing the hospital’s normal operation.
