A Management Action Plan (MAP) workshop was held for Pacific National Group’s new hires. Conducted by our management consultant, Mr. Pepe Charles, the workshop explained in detail the vision, mission, and values of PNG while encouraging team building and effective leadership solutions. Every participant was able to build upon value and trust by identifying and evaluating realistic goals for himself/herself as well as the company.
