Vince Arriola is an accomplished general contractor and construction management executive who’s been with PNG Builders since 1995; he serves on the Board of Directors in addition to his duties as Vice President of Construction – with a robust project portfolio including new construction, ground-up, theme park, film studio, fine-dining, healthcare, seismic retrofits, clean room and cultural museums. His valuable blend of technical expertise, managerial skills, and initiative-taking leadership enables him to excel in complex environments, making him a respected figure among clients and industry peers, recognized for his effective supervision, collaboration, and commitment to project delivery.
Vince has a rich history in construction, which spans over thirty years. Having progressed through various roles in the field from union carpenter apprentice to senior superintendent, he then transitioned to the office side, moving from project management to project executive. This breadth of experience has provided Vince with a unique perspective in leadership and mentorship. His history showcases his dedication to the field, while his personable approach ensures his team members are mentored, supported, valued, and set up for professional success.
Vince prioritizes family above all, taking pride in his close relationships with wife Terri Ann (his high school sweetheart), their children Jessica, Vincent Jr., Cameron, and Ethan, as well as their grandchildren Stevie Nola and Jacob Vincent; he measures his personal success by the strong bonds he’s cultivated over his children’s lifetime, and the sharing of many joyful and meaningful experiences together.
