From a young age, Jason Oh was inspired by his father, an engineer who immigrated to the United States and dedicated over 30 years to the technical field. This legacy sparked Jason’s own interest in design and construction, leading him to study architecture throughout high school. During that time, he competed in the prestigious Rio Hondo Architecture Competition, earning first place in 2005 & 2006.
Driven to turn his design curiosity into real world impact, Jason pursued a Civil Engineering degree at Cal Poly Pomona, where he laid the technical foundation for his career in the building industry. Today, he continues to grow as a professional by pursuing a Master’s in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management, balancing hands on experience with academic development.
Jason began his construction career 15 years ago and joined PNG Builders 10 years ago as a Project Engineer. Since then, he has steadily advanced through roles as Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior PM, and now Project Executive. His leadership style is rooted in humility, clear communication, and problem solving, anchored by a belief that strong collaboration between the field, office, and client is the key to successful projects.
At PNG, Jason has led diverse and technically challenging builds across the cultural, entertainment, and high end retail sectors. He brings a thoughtful, team first approach to project delivery, always focused on building trust, managing complexity, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Claire, discovering new restaurants across Southern California. He is also an avid golfer and snowboarder, always looking for the next great course or slope. Whether on a mountain, a fairway, or a jobsite, Jason thrives in environments that reward focus, preparation, and adaptability.
He is proud to carry forward the work ethic passed down from his father and honored to help shape PNG’s future through thoughtful leadership and service.
Jason is proud to be part of the PNG family and looks forward to building the next chapter together.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
