COVID-19 Address from the President
For over 60 years, Pacific National Group has established itself on our founding principles of building value, trust, and people. We are challenged, during these unprecedented times, to adapt quickly and confidently. As a 100% ESOP company we have the pleasure to witness our team’s ability to make astounding adjustments, as well as exercise their resilient ingenuity through dedication and spirit, in spite of the situation at hand.
Our staff’s, clients’ and trade partners’ health and well-being remain our top priority. Ensuring that our field employees can continue to work in a safe and healthy environment is paramount. With the help of various health authorities, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as local health agencies, we are able to safely remain open as we observe the recommended protocols for hygiene and social distancing.
As the reality of this “new-normal” sinks in, we realize that every member of the construction industry is feeling the same effects of this pandemic. PNG is proud of our internal standards of safety and excellence, and find it notable to mention that, as the Stay-At-Home orders began to roll out, we had very little to update in our current Safety Practices and Protocols in order to be compliant. A number of our clients and trade partners were equally as impressed with our Corporate Guidelines and were welcomed to implement them within their own firms to remain compliant. We feel that sharing these tools and resources developed by PNG helps all of our stakeholders maintain a safe and functioning work environment.
We are all in this together. Let us continue to Build Value, Build Trust, and Build People.
Steve Mathison, President
Stay Safe, We Got This!
Stay Safe, We Got This!
In the interest of keeping our employees safe and well during this unprecedented time, PNG has successfully transitioned our entire team to work remote. Even so, we are dedicated to serving our clients, supporting our field crews, and continuing our daily operations – just with a slightly different view!
Infection Control
With 40+ years of OSHPD experience, we take infection control as seriously as we do safety. Not only is it what we do, but it’s what we have always done. You might also be surprised to learn that that these high standards of infection control can be implemented on any job site - not just healthcare.
Happy St. Patrick's Day from the green team at PNG!
In light of current news, it's important to keep your spirits up. Here is proof that you can come together (without getting too close!).

Our healthcare team completes another excellent project! Dubbed “The Room of the Future,” Cedars-Sinai’s Pediatric Donor Quad is a space graciously donated by the Guerin Family. Equipped with the latest technology and comfort standards, it serves to provide the most restorative environment for some of the hospital’s youngest patients.
