Vince has a rich history in construction, which spans over thirty years. Having progressed through various roles in the field from union carpenter apprentice to senior superintendent, he then transitioned to the office side, moving from project management to project executive. This breadth of experience has provided Vince with a unique perspective in leadership and mentorship.
